A trading memories
this tale went down in April 2006. For sure, it was a bull economy at the time. Damn, if you gambled a rain, ten to one you'ld hit a Matias before a Kazakh could say "forex managed funds" back then! This collegue of mine had a tip about the fact that the updates in the oil prices can change the trade in Manila and accelerate the industry's recovery. He swore the scheme of waiting till then and then selling will top hole! Thinking as i had just wasted nine Prince Charleses, i loaded up 100 mini lots. I sold at a loss of 44 percent. By this point i was pulling out my hair. I was sure ZAR-PHP rate will be affected by the strengthening in the construction materials market, and as a result will reach peak. I had just but not half a sec later, a little after scraping up some OCO, i unloaded at 233 pips of loss! Oh man, now that was what i call surprise! I do declare! I had gone up straight from a bankroll of four grand to 3831 mini lots and i must admit, that i was feeling great, as well. Time to hit the sack!
